YES! By using a stainless steel scraper and begin by sticking your tongue out and placing the tongue scraper as far back on your tongue as comfortably as you can. Then proceed to gently pull and bring the tongue scraper to the end of your tongue. Rinse the tongue scraper and repeat 3-5 times as you see fit. Wash and dry your tongue scraper after each tongue cleaning.
